Amalgamation Announcement

One of the partners of MODSIMTex Project, SPOLSIN; announced the amalgamation of his company and SINTEX, according to the decision of both.

The succession company, SINTEX, assumes all entrepreneurial activities and obligations of the defunct one, SPOLSIN, and continues the realization of the scheduled program.

SINTEX assures that no changes occur from point of view of our present contacts and they are sure that financial stability of the new company will increase and product diversification as well as more effective production process will be reached.
