T.F.A. alfa, s.r.o. is a lead textile machinery constructor of the Czech Republic and experts in the manufacturing of air-jet weaving machines and also on weaving machines for technical textiles. Located in Kostelec nad Orlicí, it was established in 1993. T.F.A. is a private company with a management comprised of four partners-executives, owning 100% share in the company. At the beginning of 2007, the company achieved its 10th year since the launching of mechanical engineering production.

The company's manufacturing programme deals with textile engineering. It manufactures pneumatic looms for production of glass filament.

By blue-collar professions obtained in mechanical engineering production while providing orders in a wide range of individual commodities. In addition to orders in textile engineering, the company provides the production of parts, components, mechanisms, assemblies and equipment for the pharmaceutical industry, automotive industry, for woodworking machinery, plastics crushers, and for HVAC equipment.

Currently, the company employs 80 people. In a three-shift operation, 75% of mechanical production capacity is provided by CNC machine tools. Control operations are provided using 3D measuring equipment. The company is certified through the ISO 9001 system.
